INCREASING THE QUALITY OF LEARNING THROUGH ACADEMIC SUPERVISION IN SMA NEGERI TANGGUL 1 JEMBER

This study aims to improve the quality of learning through academic supervision at SMA N 1 Tanggul Jember. research is a type School Action Research, which consists two cycles and each cycle stages planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The method used in this descriptive with percentage technique see increase that occurs from cycle. was conducted Jember, February March 2021. subjects were teachers . Meanwhile, main objective Learning Implementation Plan test ability plan implement activities, assess outcomes, utilize assessment results services, create fun environment, resources, develop appropriate interactions. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques, form work preparation teaching administration, interviews analysis instruments. While data technique, by comparing number who made administration lesson planning. Based on discussion research, it concluded continuous guidance can motivation Jember compiling complete planning supervision, resulting higher learning. teacher shows seriousness understanding after receiving development administration/RPP principal an average 27.91%
